Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported within 3 days after the products having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 14 days after delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.
Return of Sealed Products
Products that are returned due to incorrect order and are still fully sealed in the original packaging and have not been used or damaged in any way will be refunded at the discretion of The Bakers Warehouse. Any return of this nature must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returns of Defective Products
Products that are returned due to defect must be reported within 3 days of product delivery. Returns of such products must be sent with all the packaging if possible. The return of this product will be processed with the supplier and will not be refunded up until a time that the supplier has determined that the reason for refund is within the guarantee of the product in question. The Bakers Warehouse will communicate with you during this process.

Shipping of Returns
The shipping charges for returns will be for the account of the customer. We will inspect and treat each and every return with discretion and will do our best to come to a resolution as soon as possible. In certain cases, we will refund the shipping and product costs to you.
